Class Series Goals: By the time you complete this class series you will have basic knowledge, understanding and skills to prepare different formats of herbal formulations at home. You will also become more intimately familiar with the set of herbs we will communicate and engage with during the series and ready to put into practice what you have learned at home for your personal healing, expansion and wellbeing. Many herbal formulas and remedies are rather simple to make and can be created from plants that can easily grow in your back yard or a window box. They do not have to remain mysterious and rather expensive little brown bottles. They are ready to be a part of your daily life, if you are ready to invite them in.
